Privacy notice.
This notice explains what SLOCO for Technology Systems collects through the website and onboarding portal, why it is used, and how to contact SLOCO about it.
Information collected
The public website can be viewed without an account. When secure onboarding begins, the portal receives organization identity, representative details, a trade-licence copy, and information needed for verification and qualification.
The public website does not request licence uploads, documents, or credentials. Those functions exist only inside the separate onboarding portal.
Purpose of processing
Information is used to verify the organization, manage the onboarding case, assess the requested engagement, request further information, arrange a meeting, and maintain an accountable record of communications and decisions.
Submitting onboarding does not approve a project or confirm a price, date, integration, or technical feasibility.
Access and protection
Access is restricted to authorized accounts according to role and need. Authentication, logging, private storage, backup, and monitoring controls are applied in the approved deployment environment.
Passwords, keys, and production credentials must not be submitted as ordinary onboarding files.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as needed for verification, qualification, contracting, service delivery, support, security, and applicable record obligations, then deleted or anonymized according to the approved retention policy.
Privacy requests
An authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, legal, or audit purposes.
