Website and onboarding
Website terms.
These terms govern the public SLOCO website and its handoff to the onboarding portal. Any delivered work is governed by a separate approved proposal, agreement, or service order.
Website role
The website explains SLOCO’s design, integration, system, infrastructure, and managed-control direction. It does not create a contract or guarantee availability, technical feasibility, timing, or price.
A project begins only after the real operation is reviewed and the applicable scope and commercial terms are approved.
Structured onboarding
Qualification requires registration of a licensed organization and submission of a valid trade licence for verification. Qualification does not open until SLOCO verifies the licence status.
SLOCO may request clarification or replacement, reject, or place a case on hold. Meeting requests remain unconfirmed until SLOCO approves them.
Integration boundaries
A reference to a government platform, system, device, or provider does not claim a partnership, certification, endorsement, or existing integration.
Official APIs and connectors are used only when authority, access, technical and commercial conditions, and applicable rules permit. Without direct access, SLOCO may design controlled preparation, validation, approval, handoff, tracking, and reconciliation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, impersonate an organization or person, submit misleading information or malicious code, or test security without written authorization.
Ownership
Website copy, visual systems, code, branding, and materials remain owned by SLOCO or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise.
Ownership, source delivery, licensing, data, third-party components, support, and change control for each project are defined in its approved agreement.
